Built on the westernmost and last buildable row on Navarre Beach, this generational estate situated backs up to 7 miles of National Seashore, enjoy unparralled sunsets, serenity, and unforgettable views.
The Navarwhal sleeps 30 comfortably IN BEDS across 8 suites, each with en-suite baths. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, with towels, linens, and toiletries provided- all you need is your suit!
With private beach access <3-min walk or quick trip in the golf cart, you'll feel like your on your own private island.

Offering resort-style living on the main level, this magazine-worthy home showcases a heated and cooled cocktail pool just off the deck, and centered around a dual-sided water vapor fireplace. Ideal for large gatherings, soak in unobstructed views with an open-concept layout including a fully stocked gourmet kitchen featuring dual dishwashers, a commercial-grade range, and a luxurious coffee station. Gas grill is also conveinetly located off on the deck.

Primary Suites
Both Primary suites are situated on each corners of the house, offering incredible views of the Gulf, Santa Rosa Sound, and the National Seashore.
Additional Main Floor Suites
4 additional main suites (3 king beds and 1 double queen), are located on the main floor, each offering their own en-suite bath, walk-in closet, and television.
A convenient double-stacked laundry area also completes the main level.
Upstairs
Purposefully designed with families in mind, the upper floor is holds an indoor game room and 2 expansive bunk rooms with built-in steps — one with 8 boys’ bunks and one with 8 girls’ bunks—each also with their own oversized en-suite baths.
Upstairs Indoor Game Room
Offers shuffleboard, a kitchenette, a workspace/game table, a large TV with retro wired games, board games, and even a dreamy reading nook tucked-away for quiet escapes.
Outdoor Game Room
Making the most of every inch of The Navarwhal, challenge the crew to ping-pong or cornhole, or hang out on the hammocks. Enjoy covered parking for up to 3 cars.
An elevator makes access and unlodaing easy. Beach chairs and toys are provided. After a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower or gather around the firepit backing the National Seashore.
We've also inclued a fridge and commericial ice machine on the ground level to keep your coolers stocked, and an EV charger port for your convience *no cord included.
*An 8-seater golf cart is available to rent as well so you can explore in style.
- $90/day, must rent for entirety of stay.

Beautifully appointed, comfortable, and private with all the amenities you’d expect from an upscale home. This is a wonderful home to gather with multigenerational family. We had three different families (all with kids) stay here, and it never felt crowded. Each bedroom (even both bunk rooms) has its own en suite bathroom. The plunge pool on the back porch was a favorite- we ended each day of our stay there. The walk to the beach is not far, and even though you have to cross the street to get there, this stretch of beach is never crowded- so peaceful! We were there the week of the 4th, and barely had any other families near us on the beach. Amazing. Sydney was a wonderful host- prompt and helpful. She had everything stocked- more than enough beach towels, beach gear, coolers, a s’mores kit for the fire pit, and even red light flashlights for crabbing on the beach each night. The beds are very comfortable, and they are spread out around the house so that each group had plenty of privacy. We felt at home! Even though we typically prefer and stay somewhere directly on the beach, we will return to this amazing home. We can’t thank you enough Sydney!

Hey there! We are a family of 7 from Johnson City, TN who enjoys traveling as well as hosting others. We love how the sharing economy has given so many the ability to see and share unique places and spaces and The Navarwhal is our favorite way to bring everyone together.
After traveling to many places, we found this little slice of paradise and built The Navarwhal as a generational space where everyone can gather to enjoy quite literally the best beaches and sunsets in the world. With private beach access and 7 miles of unobstructed views off the back deck, this is the perfect place to #GatherYourPod and disconnect from the busyness of life and reconnect with those you hold most dear.
The home is just a short 3 minute stroll to the beach or you can load up the 8 person golf cart and drop everything off in seconds. We have already made some of our most fond family memories here and are happy to be able to offer The Navarwhal for you and you loved ones to enjoy.
